Manchester Housing & Redevelopment Authority, in conjunction with Greater Manchester Mental Health approached the City of Manchester through the Community Improvement Program to create twenty apartments to reintegrate into mainstream society recently deinstitutionalized patients.

Located at the intersection of South Main and Log Streets in Manchester, NH, along major bus lines for access to public transportation, they blend a classical look with unobtrusive design and offer convenient housing for residents of Manchester. In addition to the twenty apartments, the facility includes a Community Room for resident meetings and programming.
